The exterior of this private house is a chequerboard of enamel yellow sunflowers and bright green tiles. It has a lookout tower, metal balconies shaped like musical notes and star-shaped chimney funnels. It was built in for a wealthy lawyer and property developer called Maximo Diaz de Quijano.
